CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide the best service and experience possible, Skin Medic Ltd provide advanced appointments. Not only does this give us time to prepare, but also it ensures that you are able to secure your visit when it best suits you.
 
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, we must receive your cancellation notice via phone call or in writing one (1) day prior to your appointment. If for any reason you do not cancel your appointment within the specified time frame, Skin Medic Ltd reserves the right to charge 50% of the original service fee. There will be no exceptions to this policy. A receipt of the charges will then be mailed to you. Skin Medic Ltd also reserves the right to request a 50% deposit prior to confirming an appointment for those patients not complying with this policy.

We understand that your schedule may change at the last minute and/or emergencies may occur preventing you from attending, and we will be happy to make arrangements to reschedule your appointment for a date that can better accommodate your situation.
